Data Centers

Power on. On schedule.

Arbiter's project experts take the whole build, from the data center to its power generation and facility connection, through tag takeoff to handover to operations. Every check sheet, test record and turnover package lives in one system.

Why it matters

Every Tag Tracked, Every Test Verified,
One Seamless Handover

From tag takeoff to energization, streamline completions, turnover, and compliance for data centers and  the power plants which power them—all in one unified record.

100+ projects

Power Generation and connection projects across the development and refinement of the Arbiter Platform.

2 GW+ online

Of dedicated power brought online across those projects in the last two years.

4,000+ check sheets

Managed, completed and turned over on schedule on just one project.

10+ years

Refining power generation and facility connection workflows.

Where projects lose time

Where data center projects lose weeks.

Takeoff starts late

Counting tags from drawings by hand takes weeks, so the completions plan is behind before construction starts.

Records scatter

Mechanical completion, cable construction and relay test records spread across contractors, binders and spreadsheets. Nobody can see what's actually done.

Turnover is built at the end

When packages are assembled after the work, the gaps surface at commissioning, which is when they cost the most to fix.

How it runs

One flow from planning to operations.

The same sequence runs on the power plant, the facility connection and the data center, so everyone works from one status.

01 · Plan

Tag takeoff and tag count

Systems, subsystems and tags are built into Arbiter from your drawings, saving weeks of setup.

02 · Assign

Milestones Assigned Against Your MC and TCC

Your system matches the project plan and schedule creating a cohesive project execution schedule across the entire spectrum of project activities.

03 · Build

Mechanical Completion

Crews complete digital check sheets in the field, and deficiencies are tracked to closure. Documents, Drawings and Records Seamlessly Kept Up-to-Date.

04 · Test

Test Records

Test records are captured against each tag and flow straight into commissioning.

05 · Turn over

Turnover Dossiers

Packages build as work is signed off, system by system. Through seamless updates to the Dossiers systems, areas, milestones can be turned over without delay.

06 · Hand over

Commissioning and Handover to Operations

The power plant and the data center are commissioned against one record, and operations gets a complete, current set on the agreed date.

FAQ

Data center questions, answered.

Question

When should Arbiter join a data center project?

Answer

Ideally at project planning, so the tag takeoff, check sheets and turnover structure are in place before crews mobilize. We can also join at mechanical completion or commissioning.

Question

Do you supply people, software, or both?

Answer

Both. Our Completion Specialists run the work on site in Arbiter, and the platform stays with your team, configured as your own.

Question

Do you cover the data center, or only the power plant?

Answer

Both. The data center, its power generation and the facility connection are managed in one system by one team.

Question

Who do you work for on the project?

Answer

Your project leadership team. On some projects that is the company delivering the power generation, on others the overall project owner.
